To make use of this service, simply select one of the following options:

Once BlackDot IT Solutions has been contacted and the problem has been reported, a Ticket number will be issued in order to assess the progress of the reported problem. You will receive confirmation via e-mail, once the problem has been solved.
The Support Service will be available at the following times:
Monday Friday: 08:00 17:00 After Hours: 17:00 22:00 and again from 07:00 08:00 Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 22:00 Public Holidays: 08:00 22:00
