Support - Technical Support

BlackDot IT Solutions, is continuously striving to provide you, the client, with high quality internet related solutions, as well as excellent service at all times.  For this reason, we are proud to inform you that BlackDot IT Solutions, has recently launched a new Support Service to meet your every need.

To make use of this service, simply select one of the following options:

1.      Send your request via e-mail to – support@blackdot.co.za ,
2.      Log on to http://helpdesk.blackdot.co.za ,
3.      Call the Support Line – 083 910 HELP (4357). 

Once BlackDot IT Solutions has been contacted and the problem has been reported, a Ticket number will be issued in order to assess the progress of the reported problem. You will receive confirmation via e-mail, once the problem has been solved.

The Support Service will be available at the following times:  

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
After Hours: 17:00 – 22:00 and again from 07:00 – 08:00
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00
Public Holidays: 08:00 – 22:00
